Yeh refinancing doesn't sound like a Nifty sale, I wonder if we will see something like convertible notes issued to APAC as a method of financing the repayment to Citi.
I don't have much confidence in the ability of the board to secure a quick sale for Nifty, which is frustrating as the C&M costs are poison that is slowly killing this company. Unless they surprise me by getting $30m+ cash upfront then they will just be recouping the C&M costs that they paid out over the previous year.
