Interesting reading thanks for that pooh bear, it would seem things are not running as smoothly as management would like us to believe IMHO,talk about multi tasking of staff no one left to organise smoko. Why are they losing people and why can they not replace them? is it financial or company specific? Certainly concerns me that with the shuffling of key personnel that employees safety could be put at risk.All this from a company that has "Australia's Richest Goldfield" says a lot for the top end management and board of directors.
