I think you are reading into it a bit much... I could be wrong here. That to me just sounds like a standard cover your ass statement. Basically when anybody gives somebody 72M bucks I'd think you'd be required to do lots of things.
I'm sure there are lots of silly clauses in these contracts.
Overall... I'm still just happy this can turn into an operational mine.
