This is for sure the most interesting stock I've ever owned. Obviously this is all just speculation.

Another thing to keep in mind is CTO doesn't give up any equity. Just in this particular resource... IF I am reading this correctly. So if it were the case this ever turns into a large producer. They could easily purchase another site and develop it wholly owned by CTO without KIG involvement? I think.

I can't see why the incoming investor would buy the gold at market prices. That just seems silly.

My take is still this asset is huge, and the company without any legs is worth far more than current prices...
