Well it looks like the boardroom is starting to get crowded, one could say overly crowded given the size of the company and its market capitalisation, may not even be enough chairs.
These new directors appear to have the background and credentials to make things happen,however probably under a new structure and possibly name. This is probably not quite the step change referred to in some reports but we are now looking at interesting times ahead IMHO.
