I find it interesting that the placement to high wealth investors attracted a payment of an additional 3,000,000 shares in lieu of a commission yet the placement to KSS which was a substantially larger investment approx. 54% more did not attract any commission or additional shares in lieu of commission.Who ever did the high wealth individuals deal certainly did well out of it, made approx 12% on the deal.
