Ann: Citigold raises $3.375 million , page-22

I don't think the ASX have the power to ask a company to prove its projects are economical. The ASX have had a look at their recent quarterlies and queried their viability based on their cash position but that is as far as they seem to go remembering the company is now an explorer, basically the ASX is a toothless tiger. I do believe the JORC should be reassessed by an independent competent person given the previous COO and competent person was moved out and is now only in a consultant role.
As they say "The proof of the pudding is in the eating" and in this case the pudding has cooked for way to long and tastes pretty bad, seems some golden ingredients are missing.
