When the alliance with Euram Bank was announced on 1/6/11 they wanted to raise up to $100mill, 3 months later on the 13/9/11 this was raise to $120mill capital.
A week or so prior to the first announcement the share price had risen from 7c to a high of 9.5c and subsequently over the next few months dropped to low 6's then again a week or so prior to the second announcement it rose from the low 6's up to 9c and has dropped backed to the low 6's over the past 3 months.All very coincidental.
