Whilst not a terrible announcement as US Exim and LNS are still in play - just the ambiguity and probably the indication of upwards of another 1 or 2 in languish here would bring up the question of future CR for funding to keep the ball rolling.
Unless they come up with a plan to sell the entire project in the short term - this could be another long slog for the next 15 to 24 months.
