i agree if the funds raised are used for activities needed it will not be wasted- yes, dilutive

but we will all see a profit if:
the project gets funded- just later than we hoped;
there is a sale of the asset (because we can't get funding)- Folks remember if this billion $$ asset is sold-surely it will be for > $ 100m- which is only 4 times the current share price and would result in a payment of ~8 cents per share; or
we get a takeover bid that is acceptable.(#)

So all is not lost- just hoping that the funding occurs late and options 2 and 3 are irrelevant.

# PS Bacchus Capital have a large holding of shares and if there is a real risk they would protect their interests by trying to sell the asset or arrange a friendly takeover at a price that suits them. Cheers.
