1. Key changes, the last permit granted by govt., I believe this was a major hold-back in terms of funding.
Ann: Ironbark Granted Section 19-43 Permit by GL Government

2. Changes (political?) in both in GL and USA to get this mining project off the ground, resulting in the LOI from EXIM

3. BFS foundation prepared by the last management for the current one, expecting much less work to just update the BFS to get more favorable funding terms.

4. Survival mode for the chairman and MD, the longer this drags, the worse the prospects for IBG, it's do or die this year imo.
