Well I have researched the report and I know enough that a process plant of what is being proposed is going to cost more than $100m. There is no way 2 ball mills, 30+ cells and 2 regrind mill can be built for that direct cost. And if you think you can mine an UG (with backfill) for $25/t, then they are dreaming.
But I'm sure you came up with the same conclusions in your research.
