I guess as a welder, or is it fitter-turner, or maybe a rouseabout, you have a very good knowledge about project costing for metal processing plants. Of course, your experience in extreme cold climates is invaluable.
In case you are wondering, I have been tracking IBG for years since the resource looks good on paper but it always ends up as "one for the future" and never viable for the near term.
