ok, here's a few to consider:
Water - Where will the water come from in winter? Low rainfall in the summer months.
Services for UG - you have to go through permafrost, so heated piping is needed for backfill, water, compressed air. Didn't see any detail in the DFS on that!
Crushing and Grinding - $100m (Direct) for a three stage crush and grind circuit of a 3.3Mtpa project. Not sure if that's real, think you might have to at least double the costs for that especially getting it Greenland. With a plant as big as proposed, not sure they have costed a shed big enough, including a backfill plant.
This project has seen 2 x DFS/BFS during high commodity price surges and can't get off the ground.
