The Goofball obviously has not spent anytime researching or been involved in the construction industry to be asking such goofball questions. The first stage onsite will be a Batching plant and a Backhoe to start digging for the footings and I would imagine this will continue well into the winter. The Modular construction will be done somewhere in a warmer climate while this is happening ready for delivery when the ships can move in the sound. So third summer from when construction starts we will be delivering concentrate and money going in the bank.
