FYI, most financing comes with a grace period re: Capital repayments. For example: a 2 year mine build will have a further 1-2 years "grace period" before capital repayments are required. Note: Interest payments will still be required in this grace period. Therefore Capital repayments may start happening in year 3-4. We would need to see the exact terms of the EXIM financing to establish the exact repayment terms incl. grace period.
