I'm starting to realize why EXIM released the 402A news first because I think this now changes the whole dynamics of the original Loan Application and maybe there would need to be other considerations factored in - I think it even caught the MD by surprise given his excitement in the announcement because the Section 402A was a secondary consideration to the main Financing Application.
Anything is possible now with regards to the final funding package - will be interesting to see what the final outcome is - could it be that EXIM wants a controlling interest in the Citronen project??
