If nothing else we have a little bit of pre-Christmas excitement to look forward to. +VE EXIM I could see us briefly overshooting to 10, unless 402A led to further funding beyond the previous amount stated.
I believe I read that 402A meant you could gain extra financing, you didn't necessarily have to cut out all content from the target country, just as long as the bigger slice of the pie is US products or services. Have a lot more reading to do on it, so little time so happy if someone knows better.
