Somewhat different topic, but it's surprising that Ms Quinn is standing for re-election, as her new job, Secretary of the Department of Industry, Science and Resources, won't leave much room for extra-curricular activities, which may even result in perceived conflicts of interest.
The comment in the notes on her re-election: "Megan has indicated that subject to her re-election at this Meeting, she intends that this will be her last term on the Board (i.e. a maximum of three years based on regulatory and constitutional requirements) and consequently the Board will commence succession planning at the appropriate time to fill any vacancy when it arises" hints that the Company doesn't expect her to stay on for anything like her full term.
