    That's a lot of cash. $80M raised plus$10M to be raised plus $3M cash on hand less $16M purchase price. Gives $77M net. I expect dividends will be resumed and more businesses bought. Alternatively it is a big marketing budget! Next 6 months is traditionally their strong half too.
