    My take is simply:

    - e-commerce channel sales growth excluding impact of acquisitions (like for like) for the December half v prior year ***really important KPI

    - same for gross margins and EBITDA margins

    - cashflow conversion for the half and cash on hand

    - USA sales by brand - we know City Chic formal dress sales were struggling due to Covid, how is Avenue performing? etc

    - USA operational progress more broadly - status on warehousing and distribution issues encountered, local leadership capability, retention and losses with third party vendors

    - Evans UK: performance on customer retention as store closures separately executed on that brand

    - Progress on broader international expansion, where is Canadian or Euroland expansion up to, elsewhere?

    - Australia and NZ: progress in sales uptick from store re-openings

    - Dividends- if not declared, why not? When is the next inorganic expansion expected? Justification for the extent of cash held in the company.
