    Agreed. This romanian property was the worst performing of their portfolio in terms of income and value as per AEZ's annual leave report. Im a bit concerned that someone is left holding the baby but at least its not AEZ.

    This one should still be attractive at 2.5 with an NTA of 16! its just negotiating the rest of the loans that expire this year that will be tricky.

    Onto the next loan!
