Is that confirmed from the horse's mouth? That being the case, why not search/replace CS1/CS2 for Bisantrene/Brequinar at time of publication rather than leave it to a small index? It feels like they were still trying to obfuscate what they were dealing with, but I would have thought the publisher would have picked that up and asked them to fix it, unless it's an accepted practice to do such things. Given the intended audience, it would be hard to argue that it was necessary because Bisantrene and Brequinar were too easily confused or similar sounding.
