Have observed this, same as others, on other stocks too. Seems like there is some junior clerk within the ASX who makes those calls with little understanding of the reach and price sensitivity of some of these anns.
Really cannot understand why they don't act like a VAR: Let the referee (the company) make the initial decision (i.e. sensitive or not) and only intervene if this decision appears wrong.
