If there is a housing crisis and FRI are the cheapest developer in Perth why are they not putting their competitors to the sword? They sold 50% of the new release in Belmont at launch. But they have a thin pipeline of sites and aren't rushing to get them on the market. You'd hope to see that capital recycled pretty pronto into new sites, but even then that puts more cash flow years away by the time they get approvals etc. and build.
