I'm not sure why the buyback has not restarted, I understand that under BB rules they can only buy back stock up to 5% above the five day moving average. This has been possible for the last 3 trading days and today they can buy right up to $5.38. They have cash and are generating cash from business units so if this doesn't happen soon I think they're considering bigger deals or cash generation isn't going adequately enough.

Tom Duthy was previously at Sirtex the cancer drug company. Duthy did a great job at Sirtex despite having a CEO with questionable values. I was invested in Sirtex for a number of years and ended up making a modest gain.

Duthy is a top operator and adds firepower to investor relations at MYX.
