Agree. The PE is even less than 8 for the enterprise value since they have net cash.
I did a comparison of Civmec to Downer, which in many ways is comparable and which also reported today.
CVL turned over $1B and made NPAT of $64M. It has a prsitine balance sheet and history of sound management.
DOW turned over $11B but only made NPAT of $82M and it has a lot of debt on its balance sheet and history of management mistakes and writedowns.
Yet DOW has a market capitalisation of $3.2B whereas CVL is only a few hundred million market capitalisation.
I think CVL is a great investment. I'm buying more.
