They really need to get good buffer with the cash position.
If the overseas investor can commit $3m for example, that would alleviate any short term capital raising concerns from the market and coupled with when they become cash flow positive on operations, would cause the SP to rise.
They really need big contracts to flow through in order to become cash flow positive on operations as at this rate, it will be quite a while if relying on DriveMyCar and MyCaravan.
$7m market cap on this company (if HotCopper is correct) is ridiculous IMO.
