Was 570 million shares and $5 million in the bank when we were supposedly buying 100% of MCB and other projects when these people moved in now there are 2,230,000,000 ( 2.23 Billion shares $ 5 million in the bank and CLA owns 40% of MCB and is under offer from SVM for the company.
This is after several capital raisings several MDs 3 Chairmen, 2 corporate Secretaries and a dual listing. All this for what ???
Wonder if SVM know they are buying only 40% of MCB the other 60% went to a Philippine citizen ?? Some still wonder why projects cant get funding.
