Dude.... how do you "vote against" another bid?

A bid is someone else, not CLA or SVM, doing something on their own volition. If they want to make an offer, they will just do it.

Whether or not the other offer is accepted is another thing. And yes maybe SVM can have some influence on that outcome, but honestly, the damage to their own offer would've been done even if they could vote it down. Imagine what people would think if there really was a better offer and SVM used these parlour tricks to get rid of it? Who would vote yes to their offer if they did such a thing?
