Things are very quiet from CLA
From the announcement "CLA and Silvercorp Metals Inc. have signed avariation to the Term Sheet so that the period of exclusivity will expire on 2 July 2023, being thedate that is two months from signing by both parties of the Term Sheet."
Would have thought they would announce the Execution of Definitive Agreement as per the original announcement on May 15.
Having been in sales for 35+ years, the adage "Time kills deals" comes to mind.
Having no information only turns our mind to speculation.
