I'd have to disagree with that view of the BOD. You've got to understand that they are legally bound to consider any TO offer that would represent a benefit to SHs, however small that benefit may be.
The truth is, at the time of the offer coming in, our SP was in a really bad shape, regardless of why it was like that. So, as low as 3c was, they did the right thing to take it to SHs. It is what it is.
