The other thing I've been reading about is the process of these acquisition deals.
The binding offer actually does not prevent us from receiving further offers from other bidders. It just means that the offer becomes binding on the bidder making the offer. It makes them obligated to follow through on what they are offering.
It doesn't impose any obligations on CLA. I think CLA is bound to the deal only after we've voted on it.
