Thanks, your last paragraph answers my question, it was more about available funds for short term working capital. I understand about future funds coming in from agreement for local (Phillipines) share of business, but that is down the track a little.
I am trying to come up with reasons why not to reinvest, but everything seems to be pointing to a buy at current prices, with a little patience.
