Nice article. There's always the concern that a new technology will diminish the need for cobalt and this seems to support the theory that that's unlikely any time soon.

And yes, I've been wondering for a while what happens when some of these cobalt explorers get to Scoping/PFS stage and have to show the capex and opex to either deal with all the arsenic or get the cobalt out of laterite. The cynical part of me does feel like some of them are very slow to move towards any kind of scoping, met or feasibility studies considering what they seem to have on the face of it.....
