I am still of the opinion that CLA may end up being the "AVZ" of the cobalt world and importantly offer cobalt end-users around the world a supply chain from outside the DRC (which may become importance for ethical considerations regarding "conflict areas" sourced minerals ,environmental concerns and child labor issues .
Namibia is a stable mining and investment friendly country
