They did nothing to try to get the share price up before doing that very dilutive issue set the trend for them another lot that dont care at what price they issue shares.
Beginning with an aggressive drilling program using a couple of rigs from a reputable drilling company would have been a better way to start you really need all of those hole completed before you attempt to do a meaningful SS and mine plan. They used up all the chances to lift the share prices. Whats next i dont know. We were waiting for this Sagay Permit in the hope it would give the shares a lift but as always they went down.
