CLA heading huge pressure from PH government, a situation like - no deal no license – hence the non binding offer signed. CLA’s board are not stupid, but there is no other way out.
Some investors are dreaming about a new bid joining the party – stay in your Dreams. Chinese won’t let that happen.
Final binding offer will be 3c. If not lower.
Many investors wouldn’t even take the trouble selling shares in NYSE or whatsoever. They will be happy to sell it at a discounted 2.8c.
Wake up.
