Do raise to ensure they get issued a shit ton of shares - they get to do script for 90% - which allows them to auto acquire the rest of company.

So as long as suffering investors get tired of CLA going nowhere and vote 70% yes then they win.

So all they have to do for 6 weeks is make 3c look attractive to suffering shareholders who've lost hope that ASX:CLA will go anywhere.

Then with that locked - only thing to do is take the offer and look to brighter future - hence keep this under 2.5c and you win the house.

Means it can be only one mob doing this - all set up perfectly since CLA was under the pump and going nowhere on its own.

Needs mining license and traders in to break the handbrake - and/or counterbidder.
