Hoping someone can answer a quick question for me, as I've never been involved with something like this before. If the deal goes through and we receive shares in the SpinCo, does the time that you've held CLA shares carry forward or does it restart with the new shares? Just wondering in regards to the capital gains discount after 12 months.
