I did search all the tenements several times and posted stuff on here about all of them. That Sagay one has a tenement that excised from the surrounding CLA Permit and is held by that Silica Mining company. I guess they want to expand their mine onto CLA ground so need additional ground. Well you did not miss anything from the company as we were never told. You can see that now things are being disclosed how it should be.
You can search all tenements online no matter where they are. Their is also a detailed thesis on Freeports Negros exploration a fair bit of detail in that too. Mostly from another of there projects south of Sagay.
