From my reading i believed that the shipping issue was a minor one, and the main take home point is that the payments can be deferred indefinitely by paying a higher rate on shipped product.
IE if they are no longer shipping. they don't need to pay the royalty, and when they do restart shipping, the royalty will be at the higher rate to compensate LMCH for the deferment.
Or have i got all that wrong?
