Merchant is the wildcard here, as highlighted there is a reason why they have increased their holding and are now a major player with this company, Dispute is not new news and they would have been aware, and despite that they still invested. Gives hope that not all doom and gloom, and there is reason for optimism. A waiting game now, but if Merchant track records count for anything, mighty be light at the end of tunnel for long suffering shareholders.
