These court cases can be time comsuming and very costly..
CYQ is trading at 0.0015c for a reason..this latiest announcement is bad news..my thougjts are im surprised more arnt running 4 the door..im in for only a small amount at 0.001c so i dont give a wally watt as ill jst wait it out..
even if u offered me your shares at 0.001c i wouldnt buy them..im ok...
ill jst see if this pans out..dont forget there is a reason the shareprice is as low as it is
dyor..jst my opinion for my situation so never to be taken as advive as i have no idea what your situation is
