As I flagged before, these litigation risks remain an issue for me. The prospectus states: Although the Company expects that a settlement will be reached, in the event legal proceedings are commenced against the Company this may adversely impact the Company’s cash flows, however the Board considers that any such impact would not be material.

Neither statement turns out to be true. Firstly, there is no out of court settlement. Secondly, AUD 500,000 is not immaterial for CYQ and will have material negative impact on the company's cash flow if CYQ is not able to win the court cases ahead. Whatever the outcome, the only winners are the lawyers unfortunately.

The next quarterly updates hopefully confirm that the supply and production issues have been solved. Which should result in solid volumes delivered and cash flows. Subsequently we can put these litigations behind us and focus on the business growth.
