Mario, if you are reading this then I must tell you from my own experience managing such matters for large corporates is that you have made a big mistake by going to the press on your claim. it reinforces to me that you make poor decisions and that our new CEO has the goods in comparison. as I've said in a previous post, corporate life at the top is tough. my advice to you is to lick your wounds, commence outplacement and work hard on finding your next career opportunity. by going through with your claim it will eat away at you and you will be unable to move forward in a positive way. good luck.
