Impossible to know any impact, as an owner of the company
Who are these companies (they're easy enough to look up but only to find out incorporation date, officers, address, etc)? What's the nature of their business dealings with WC1 and/or it's subsidiary? Why was there a confidentiality agreement?
The only thing that isn't still CONFIDENTIAL is the fact that there's an alleged breach??
Sometimes, no matter how hard it is to do so, it's best to ignore such things until more is known IMO.
