Yes, i agree. They may need to explore this a bit more. Remember, the company are only at the beginning of their clinical development here - it will take a few more years (and a bit more money!) for them to truly understand the optimal dosing parameters and scheduling of R327 to help patients. Even the big Pharma companies struggle with this.. their pockets are deeper, meaning that they can throw more money at the problem and get an understanding sooner. Roll on some more PhaseI/II studies.
