Reon, how do these updated plasma concentrations compare with concentrations required to kill the ESKAPE organisms? Just struggling to switch between the graph you provided on the other thread and these new updated figures appreciate any info you can provide as i too am concerned about plasma concentrations.
For those not working in or familiar with the nuts and bolts of healthcare, UTI's and Sepsis its one thing to treat a UTI (urine contaminated with a pathogen ie Ecoli), but sepsis is an infection in the blood that is then delivered around to other organs/ tissues resulting in potential impacts. If you don't have high enough concentrations in the blood you are not treating the sepsis (and resulting complications)
