Are they though?
I think we can all agree here that the leading issue with HCT is NOT their products. It's their communications.
If they can't word their messaging to be appropriate to the time at which it is delivered - i.e, basic English principles - what will be the flow on effect to investor confidence?
I can't speak on behalf of anyone else but for one, it erodes a part of mine.
Please don't get me wrong - I am not death riding this company. I just very much wish they would get these basics right. It really isn't that hard.
